Boasts a diverse athletic background, including a black belt in Karate with over a decade of international competition experience OCR courses, half marathons 10ks and 5ks. Former United States Marine Corps (USMC) service member, bringing military-grade discipline and resilience to fitness regimens.

Versatile instructor with over 10 years of experience teaching boxing, combining technical skill with high-intensity workouts. Specialized in preparing athletes for endurance events, having successfully trained and coached participants for Iron Man competitions, marathons, half marathons, triathlons, and obstacle course races.

Approaches fitness holistically, understanding the importance of balanced nutrition and occasional indulgence. Enjoys good food and drinks, advocating for a sustainable, enjoyable approach to health and fitness.

Leverages this unique blend of scientific knowledge, military background, martial arts expertise, and endurance sports experience to create dynamic, effective training programs tailored to each client’s goals and preferences.
